Hope for Heather volunteers gathered at Chuck Hafners Market in North Syracuse to deliver some Christmas cheer to families we support. Our volunteers spent the afternoon delivering 30 holiday poinsettia plants as a surprise and to spread some joy! Thank you to our volunteers and to Hafners for assisting us in our mission!
